Javier Miguélez is a Spanish industrial engineer and an international expert in mobile robotics, with over 10 years of experience in industrial automation and logistics. He has worked on hundreds of AGV and AMR projects across more than 15 countries, gaining deep expertise in mobile robotics applications and markets. After holding senior business development roles in the sector, he co-founded Moving Robots, a vendor-agnostic mobile robotics consultancy, where he currently works as an independent consultant, helping industrial companies define effective automation strategies and supporting robotics providers in their market growth. He is also a regular speaker at industry events and serves as President of the Spanish Mobile Robotics Association (ARME).Giorgio Rizzoni, the Ford Motor Company Chair in Electromechanical Systems, is a Professor of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) and Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) at The Ohio State University. He has served in his current role as Director of Ohio State’s Center for Automotive Research since 1999.
